In the 3 Valleys there are some 311 groomed ski runs or pistes and there is a total area of 1,839 hectares that is groomed and secured.

You can ski from 1,300 to 3,230 metres or 4,265 to 10,597 feet and eat at more than 50 mountain restaurants.

Because of the modern fast lift system you also spend less time in transit and more time skiing and/or eating and drinking.

There are now 4 valleys in the 3 Valleys and all the connections, and there are usually several, between each valley are at high altitudes. This avoids the problem experienced by many of the large resorts of having to go to the valley floor and getting on a bus or some huge but slow telecabine that links you with the next ski area.

The 3 Valleys includes at least 12 main resort villages serviced by the ski lift system.

1) Courchevel Valley home to Courchevel 1850, Courchevel 1650, Courchevel 1550, La Tania Courchevel 1400 and Le Praz Courchevel 1300. Other towns or villages in the valley which don't yet have ski lifts include Saint Bon 1100 and Bozel 870. The are also a number of small villages below Le Praz such as Le Freney, La Nouvaz, Villaflou, La Jairaz, Le Fontanil, Le Carrey , Le Grenier, Le Buisson, Le Fay, Montcharvet, Les Moulins & Le Villard.
