Courchevel 1850 has a huge range of accommodation options ranging from over the top 5 star luxury hotels and chalets, quality catered chalets and self-catering chalets and rental apartments through to older style studio apartments for 4 people!! There is a good deal of Ski in Ski out ski accommodation which is some distance from the centre of 1850 however a large amount of the ski holiday accommodation in the centre of town is also Ski in Ski out or a short walk to it. There really is something for everyone here but it is more expensive than your average resort. |

Courchevel 1850 is the centre of skiing in the Courchevel Valley. With fantastic access from the main lift area of La Croisette in the centre of the town, there are a range of pistes and skiing to suit everyone including beginners , families and off-piste powder hounds! With excellent lift links the whole of the Courchevel Valley is easily accessible, as is the Meribel Valley and all the 3 Valleys. Courchevel 1850 Bars & Restaurants
Courchevel 1850 has the biggest range of après-ski and nightlife available in the Courchevel Valley including wine bars, pubs, cocktail lounges and nightclubs open until the early hours of the morning.
Restaurants: Courchevel 1850 has exceptional choice of restaurants open for lunch and dinner, to suit all tastes and budgets including crepes (La Creperie du Moulin) and snack bars (Le Fun House), pizza restaurants (Le Cafe de la Poste, Le Passage, Le Cendrée) and traditional savoyarde cuisine (Le Potiniere, Le Refuge) as well as top notch gourmet restaurants offering modern cuisine including Le Tremplin, La Sivolière, Il Vino and Le Chabichou to name a few.
Bars: Courchevel 1850 also has a huge range of bars and pubs on offer. For a great après-ski atmosphere try Bar Le Jump directly opposite La Croisette or Le Milk Pub in the Forum. If you’re after an English Pub style venue then try Le Piggy’s. If you’d like a little more sophistication you can try Purple Caffe which is a Parisian style bar serving cocktails & great wines. If you are after something a little bit more relaxed then try the piano bar Le Bistrot de la Mangeoire. For an exclusive night out you should visit Le Grand Café in the Hotel Saint Joseph.
Clubs: There are a range of nightclubs in Courchevel including Le Grange with it’s Moroccan theme, the exclusive and popular Les Caves or Le Kalico tex-mex restaurant which becomes a lively bar with live music until the early hours.

You can also find all of the other amenities you would expect from a world class resort including bakeries, butchers, delis, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and opticians.
Access : There is a regular bus service operating throughout the Courchevel Valley with buses regularly running between Courchevel 1850 and the other resorts in the Valley.
